ClickPay.Com Answers is a publication, not a service you sign into. There is no account for you to worry about.

What we do not collect

We do not operate a login, so there is no account, no password and no payment information held by us. We never ask for bank details, card numbers, one-time codes or Social Security numbers, and any message that appears to be from us asking for them is fraudulent.

What is collected automatically

Our host records standard server logs when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page and timestamp. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and to understand which guides people find useful.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to count visits in aggregate. We do not use analytics to build a profile of you as an individual or to follow you across other websites.

Information you send us

If you email us, we hold that message and your email address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. We do not add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us, and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.

Cookies

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage on your own device — it never reaches our servers and is not visible to us. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Where advertising is served, an advertising partner may set its own cookies. You can control these through your browser settings and, in most regions, through the consent prompt shown on first visit.

Third parties

We link to external websites, including the official sites of the companies our guides are about. Once you follow such a link, their privacy policy governs — not ours. We have no control over what they collect.

Children

This site is intended for adults handling their own housing payments. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Write to us via the contact page and we will deal with it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
