Payments & Refunds

Payments that failed, posted late, went to the wrong unit, or need reversing — and what you can realistically do about each one.

When a payment goes wrong, the hard part is usually working out what actually happened: a charge on your bank statement under a name you don’t recognise, two debits that look like a duplicate, or a payment ClickPay says went through that your landlord says never arrived.

Two systems, two records

ClickPay records the transaction; your property manager keeps the ledger. Most payment problems live in the gap between them, which is why the first step is nearly always the same — get the confirmation from ClickPay, then send it to your manager.

Your bank has deadlines

If money left your account without your authorisation, you have a limited window to dispute it with your bank, and that clock runs whether or not ClickPay or your landlord has answered you. These guides explain what each charge means and when to escalate.
