Login & Account Access
Getting into your ClickPay account — failed logins, password resets, activation emails that never arrive, and finding the right portal for your property.
Getting into ClickPay is where most residents first get stuck, and the reason is usually the same: the account was set up by your property, not by you. Your manager may already have registered you, may require an account number only they can give you, or may have linked ClickPay to its own resident portal so that the normal login page never works.
Start with the address bar
Every genuine ClickPay login lives on clickpay.com — the main login, your management
company’s branded page, and the mobile site alike. If your association uses First Citizens’
Property Pay instead, the address is propertypay.firstcitizens.com, and the steps are
different. Knowing which portal you are on saves a wasted support call.
Who can fix what
ClickPay support can reset passwords, unlock accounts and resend activation emails. Only your property manager can give you an account number, add a unit that is missing, or correct the email address they have on file. The guides here tell you which one to contact for each problem.
